Discussion topics will include:
- doping in sports and new risks of liability;
- legal status of esports athletes and contract pitfalls;
- labour rights and social guarantees for athletes;
- deferrals and military mobilisation during wartime;
- sport commercialisation and the role of intermediaries.
The panel will bring together leading Ukrainian and international experts, including representatives of WADA, CAS, sports managers, and lawyers.
