The event was organized by the Odesa Law Academy jointly with Odesa Region Council of Attorneys.
The conference "Advocacy: Past, Present and Future" was held on the basis of the Faculty of Advocacy and Anti-corruption Activity of National University “Odessa Law Academy”. It was possible attend online and personally.
LF “Jurris Ferrum” attorneys prepared following talking points:
- "Features of the attorney's defense of the technical inventory engineer of real estate as a witness in criminal proceedings". The author - partner of Law Firm Nadia Gnizdovska;
- "Features of registration of attorney's credentials in consideration of sports disputes". The author - partner of Law Firm Ganna Gnizdovska.
We selected the online format because of many court hearings. Although our attorneys sought an adjournment the day before, the judges didn’t consider the valid reason "speech at the conference".
Based on the conference materials the collection "Advocacy: Past, Present and Future" was published (Odesa, 11th on November, 2022).
